Sleep training is not a one size fits all approach; what worked for your best friend or your neighbor might not work at all for you. In fact, what worked for your first child may not work for your second. Every child is different, and they should be treated as such. I get to know my clients and their children on a personal level. I want to better understand your challenges and goals to design a plan that will work best for you, your child and your family.

I work with children ages 0-5 years old as well as siblings and twins. I love coming up with a game plan for newborn parents just as much as I love getting a 4-year-old to sleep all night in their own bed and everything in between! I can help with nightly wakings, trouble falling asleep, early wakings, naps, schedule changes, bed transitions, sleep regressions, dropping feeds, and so much more!

Little Snoozers Pediatric Sleep Consultants- Bridget Bowling

Bridget Bowling is a certified Family Sleep Institute Pediatric Sleep Consultant who started Little Snoozers in 2015.

Back in 2014 when Bridget's oldest, Colin, was little he had to be rocked to sleep and carefully put in his crib so that he wouldn't wake up. If they pulled off laying him down without waking, he would then get up 2-3 times a night and she would have to nurse him back to sleep. It got to the point where she usually didn't even remember how many times she got up with him. Scary! They had to make a change. Sleep training Colin and getting him on a structured schedule was amazing! Not only was he now sleeping through the night, his naps and feedings were also very scheduled and he thrived on his new routine! They were all getting the rest they needed, and a lot happier for it! Bridget's friends and family then turned to her for help and that's when she discovered her passion for helping others get the healthy sleep they need.

Before founding Little Snoozers, Bridget worked as a trust tax accounting for a large bank and then stayed home to raise her children. Bridget graduated from Xavier University and lives in Cleveland,OH with her husband and their four Little Snoozers.
