Grounded Yoga- Alyssa Welch
Current offerings at Grounded Yoga & Wellness are one on one where we can focus on whatever the client needs in regards to yoga and preparing the body for a healthy pregnancy, optimal birth (whatever that looks like for the client), and supported postpartum.
Postpartum clients are supported with breathwork and guidance on reconnecting to their pelvic floor and core after birth. I offer meal prep and planning with a focus on Ayurveda traditions. Integrating baby into the family dynamic by encouraging bonding. Providing a safe space for mom to debrief from her birth experience. Herbal support through baths, tea, and infused warm oil body work. I'm truly passionate about respecting the motherbaby diad and honoring the mothers intuition.

Laura Thomas Fitness
Expecting or postpartum parents can elect to meet with Laura for 2-4 hours per month to have a customized fitness plan created for their schedule and individual needs. In between live contact, Laura coaches and supports her clients via email and chat with exercises and other wellness tips that support their journey. Laura is the guide, and the client is the driver, so she lets their experience tell her what they need and when. She is also open to working with other practitioners in her client's birth and postpartum circle to ensure comprehensive care.
Laura works extensively on alignment in the postpartum phase before adding strength and function so that clients work from an optimal placement for their spine, specifically their sacrum, to avoid pain or injuries.
